Paying an invoice

How do I pay online?

Open Pay an invoice. Your invoice number and each line item are shown at the top. Check the amount, choose your saved card or another card, then select Pay invoice.

How do I know it went through?

A payment reference appears on the page as soon as the payment is complete. Keep it for your records.

Which cards can I use?

The card saved on your account, or another card you enter on the payment page.

We keep the information we need to do the work and bill for it: your name, the address of the job, how to reach you, the items on your list, and payment details when you pay online.

We use it to schedule and complete your repairs and to keep our records. We don't sell it or share it for marketing. Card payments are processed by our payment provider, and full card numbers aren't stored on our systems.

Terms

This site describes our services and lets customers pay invoices online. Pay only invoices issued to you. Each payment is applied to the invoice number shown on the payment page.

Information on this site is general and can change. Your invoice lists the items for your own job.
